Development Plan Studio aimed at creating a proposal for Development Plan for Bharuch Ankleshwar Urban Development Authority for the horizon period upto 2041.The DP was created in phases; Concept Plan, Development Plan, Development Control Regulations and 3D Visualizations.Bharuch Ankleshwar were planned as twin cities but currently are not seen as twin cities due to glitches in planning and implementation. BAUDA is predominantly driven by industries and agriculture, followed by fishing and small-scale household workshops.The proposed development plan is thereby created with a view of solving the existing crisis while laying a foundation for issues that may arise in the future.
