Towards a New BAUDA Region: Development Plan 2041

The industrial cities of Bharuch and Ankleshwar have been seeing urban growth due to the upcoming large scale projects like industrial corridors, bullet trains, and the development of PCPIR. To keep up with the development, BAUDA requires a development plan of its own. Starting by analyzing the current trends and growth patterns, attempts have been made to provide the BAUDA region with a robust road network that connects the major industrial regions and a land-use plan which promotes a diversity of uses to help enhance the economy. It is then followed by sectoral proposals and looking at plan implementation. Starting the city analysis in groups of 16, the further development plan proposals were brought together in groups of four.
