The portfolio entails the curated work of the author, done as a part of the semester-long studio concentrating on drafting a development plan proposal for the city of Surat. The structure of the studio, initiating from the key learnings acquired from the study of case studies, individual observations on the site, stakeholder interactions, and input lectures formed a base for their further effective utilization in the final proposal. The studio also helped in providing for a stimulated, informed environment for devising development plan, while allowing for flexibility in approach, goals, and objectives focussed upon in the context of the chosen city and the devising the course of implementation for the same.
