Surat development plan | CEPT

The whole project is based on group work with individual outputs. This project is a result of work based on 3 iterations and 2 individual exercises. A complete development plan was prepared with existing situation analysis, a key proposal for zoning and development regulations along with vision and objectives, phasing strategy, and broad costing for implementation of the development plan for surat city.
