A step towards reducing inequalities in cities

Inequality is the state of not being equal, in status, rights, and opportunities. This project tries to address spatial inequality thereby addressing social inequality. In such a situation the effective distribution of quality life through public goods such as inclusive public spaces, streets, parks, sidewalks can act as a spaces for social collectors that trigger public interaction. Public spaces need to be designed very meticulously as here unseen divisions based on socio-economic are briefly contested. A good public space encourages people to live together. The project addresses inequality through the medium of public spaces making them more accessible to thepeople.
