The studio is regarding the study of Construction Project, Execution, Monitoring and Control. This studio we came over construction sequence of the commercial buildings and hands on experience with safety ,quality and material management. The study involves taking observations and provide analysis for the same and suggesting improvements wherever required. The topics covered are - Organization Structure, Contract Administration, Formwork Planning, Planning and Scheduling in Primavera, Tools of Quality, Insurance Policy, Lean Construction Technique - Value Stream Mapping, Project Risk Management. This studio helped us to monitor the on-going activities on construction site and proper implementation for the same activities.
