The studio was aimed at learning the execution phase of a construction project and project monitoring & control activities that take place in parallel were also studied. We have analyzed a live construction project and studied Site-Layout planning, Pour planning, Safety management, Planning & Scheduling project, Contract administration, Quality Management, Analysis of Insurance policies, Material Management, Inventory Management, Lean Construction, Progress Monitoring & Tracking, and Management Information System. This studio has equipped us to explore and examine the construction execution processes.
