This studio focused in perceiving the most crucial phase of the project, i.e. the execution phase which was associated with the monitoring and control measures which are exhibited parallel. As a part of the study the following were analysed and inferred, The site organization chart to understand the work flow , construction sequence, Job hazard analysis as a part of safety management followed by the tools and cost of quality which helps in ensuring quality management over the site. The studio even gave a wide aspect on the planning and the functioning of other attributes in the site.
