Underground Metro Rail Project

The project is underground metro rail  which is studied with respect to execution, controlling and monitoring during its  construction phase. Different management techniques were learned and analysed like planning and scheduling, quality, safety, material, equipment, cost, contract administration and human resource. Lean tools like value stream mapping and foremen delay survey were also applied to the project. The portfolio here covers few of the above topics.
