Design of G+10 RCC Multistorey Building

The course focused on understanding the effect of gravity and lateral loads on the Multistorey Building. The project assigned comprised of shops at ground floor level and above floors for residential purposes. Computer-based modeling was carried and result interpretation was carried out. Checks for Soft story effect (strut and tie model), Torsional irregularity, Structural Plan Density, Strong Column and Weak Beam effects were carried out for the project. Design and detailing of Beam, Column, Shear Wall and Footing were carried out.
