This studio explores through various activities from the concepts of
planning and designing of a road in hilly region and attempts to perform these activities on
the case of a hilly road in the Taranga region of Mehsana, Gujarat, India, for which both the
existing alignment as well as an alternative potential alignment that could link the Taranga
hill top to the nearest state highway were studied.
