Objective: To design and redevelop the streets around RTO junction and Subhash circle to integrate the need of mobility and livability and thereby improve accessibility to proposed multi-modal transportation hub. Redesign both the junction to increase the junction capacity in order to manage high traffic volume. 1. The aim is to design complete street giving priority to sustainable travel i.e. walking, cycling and use of public transport. 2. Propose integrated design solutions which reflect the local character of the area. 3. Use of signage/markings and street furniture only where necessary in a balanced way.
