The outbreak of COVID-19 in different parts of the world is a major concern for all the administrative units of the respective countries. Gujarat and its various districts are also facing the tough task of controlling the virus outbreak and have managed to curb its growth rate through some strict measures. This report presents the current situation of coronavirus spread across Ahmedabad along with the impact of various measures taken for it. With the help of data sources (till 31st October 2020), this report presents various trends and patterns and the aggressiveness of covid as well as the organizational capabilities and resources available with the corporation to tackle it. The report covers the exposure assessment, and strategies implemented by our urban local body to tackle the aggressiveness of the covid situation. The process of fighting covid and its mind map, the process identification, process analysis, and reflections of the study have been analyzed in a comprehensive manner. It has been noted that the growth rate of infected cases has been controlled with the help of the lockdown, however, some uncontrolled events have also negatively impacted the infected cases. With the help of tableau software, the growth trends of confirmed, active, recovered, and deceased cases, as well as the testing patterns over a span of 7 months, have been shown graphically. It has also been seen that there are some prominent clusters and patient nodes in the network of patients which are the major influencers for COVID-19 spread. Lastly, reflections on the observed areas of improvement have been analyzed to note wherein the process of identification, conformation, treatment, and prevention are the problems occurring. Furthermore, credits to the positive steps taken to combat the virus with our WHO appreciated Test, Trace and Isolate Ahmedabad Covid Model has been highlighted.
