The aim of the project is to understand the intersection of real estate and financial markets and apprehend the functioning of the housing/real estate industry and implement the same in a proposed housing project in Newtown, Kolkata. The objective is to identify the best possible sites that can be taken up for development and to develop it as per the existing demand for real­ estate, the status of micro­-markets. The project plan would be in adherence to all the existing regulations and policies and the proposal would  including all the details for financial resource development for the project.
