Community Space, Mandu | CEPT

The project's goal is to provide a community space for the inhabitants of Mandu's hamlet. The communal area concept grew from a brick water tank and is supported by an existing tomb in the landscape. A free broad span was produced by combining the four structural components of the water tank while keeping Mandu's architectural language and brick as a material in mind.
