The central plaza is an office building with a hybrid typology that facilitates young minds to flow into the network of collaborations offered by the various health tech companies in the immediate context. The project aims at providing an open office easily accessible to everyone creating a busy urban environment enhancing the quality and dignity of public life. The site is located in the urban context of Mumbai in the vicinity of the Irla water channel and close proximity to Cooper Hospital. The main collaborative spaces are the incubation centre and the co working space which acts as a plaza and other programmed spaces attaches themselves to this space.
