A Minimalistic Dustbin System

This project sought to take a quantum leap from the conventional design of a dustbin. The central idea was to eliminate the unnecessary components of a dustbin like the bin itself and come up with a solution which is equally functional. Hence a dustbin for a kitchen context which only consists of a moving rim that holds the garbage bag has been proposed. The material choice was bamboo for two main reasons - to substitute the plastic used in the conventional design; and to serve the wireframe form.
