Expeditions in Metal

This studio was an introduction to the world of metals and metal products. Working with various types of metal (ferrous, non-ferrous) and various forms (linear, planar, bulk) and hardwares allowed me to understand their strengths and applications. Designing products from scratch,  making drawings and fabricating them taught me the importance of accurate CAD modelling as well as creation of technical drawings and PDS with sufficient  details. Hands on fabrication in the workshop improved my material handling skills - driving me to solve problems and enabling me to aim for the desired product finishing.
