MILAAP - A 4 star Boutique hotel

Milaap is a 4-star boutique hotel with Gujarati atmosphere and style with a bit of experimental eclectic vibe overall. This is an adaptive reuse project which originally was a school located in old city of Ahmedabad, surrounded by historic landmarks and local markets. The existing structure follows Indian colonial architectural style contrary of the intervention which follows more modern architecture keeping in mind of traditional space making elements. The new intervention follows Juxtaposition and Insertion which bridges the gap between the old and new with public facilities on GF and Private & Semi-Private on other levels.
