The studying and understanding of the system revealed the importance of relative as support system in well-being of the patients. The present scenario lacks a dedicated space for the relatives. The proposal intervene in thesystem through introduction of seating/resting surface for the relatives.This aims at improving pride and dignity of the relative along with interactions between them and the patients.
