WAITING AREA CHAIR
To study the system of clinic and identify the issue and provide systems solution to the problem. The issues identified were:
1.Long waiting hours for the patient: More inflow of patients than outflow of patients and the patients time is unoccupied
2.Extended work hours: because of more no. of patients it creates a pressure on the work staff which results in long working hours for staff.
3.Uncomfortable seating:Patients feel sense of insecurity while sitting next to the other patient
4. Unorganized Layout: More unused furniture
Proposed solution:
Remove unnecessary furniture.
Prior appointment.
Engage patients while waiting.
Instead of bench provide individual seating people.
