It is located southwest of the old walled city of Ahmedabad and has a total of 1,400 shops, out of which 1105 shops are textile-oriented with the remaining serving other businesses. The vision of this project is to increase the ambit of the New Cloth Market by engaging stakeholders towards stewardship of infrastructure and facilities. The assets were analyzed and integrated through careful consideration by diminishing risk in terms of safety, security, health, or quality of services provided.
