Enhancing Service Delivery though Finance and Contracts

The vision of the Service Operations Management Studio is to "facilitate the efficient and high quality Municipal Services while enhancing the existing infrastructure".  The goal specific to Finance and Contracts Management  is to "promote efficiency, accountability, and transparency". For doing so, Citizen Civic Centers (CCCs) are envisioned as independent entities- answerable to Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation. The decentralized system facilitates CCCs to act as SPVs with defined control points, financial streams, and contractual processes. The work throws light upon the existing scenario with respect to the vertical and lays down corresponding proposals for the same.
