CONTRACTS - SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT

The existing service concept for the organisation is studied through various case studies and new service concept is devised for the City Civic Center. The existing contract for the city civic center examined and new contract is proposed. The proposal for contract would be that Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation will be in Consortium with Banking service, HR service and the technical service where the Banking service would be the lead bidder or managing the service provider. The HR and Technical service providers would be subcontractors of Banking service.
