The Housing project studio focuses on studying the residential market of the city and its growth with respect to real estate. Majorly focused on the green and brownfield development of sites across Ahmedabad and Chennai city, also to find out the best way to place a parcel of land into developing real estate scenarios. This particular project focuses on private co. op. housing societies in Nirnay Nagar, Ahmedabad. The selection of sites were selected on the basis if Delphic technic . Later the macro and micro market markets were studied and a product mix is proposed. Further, to check the financial feasibility, iterations are made and business model is proposed. The main aim is to provide new dwellings with improved built environment and infrastructure thus raising standards of living to the seven co. op. housing societies in Nirnay Nagar, Ahmedabad. A detailed study on macro market, micro market and stakeholder survey was carried out in order to form the basis of project brief. Proposal for a possible product mix for free-sale component on the site with adherence to all existing regulation and policies, with reference to the present market analysis is made. Financially feasible project is developed and a business model which includes revenue strategy through an iterative process by changing the construction phasing of project development and sale of units is proposed.
