 The Housing Project Studio focuses on studying the residential market of the city and its growth with respect to real estate. Majorly focused on the green and brownfield development of sites across Ahmedabad, also to find out the best way to place a parcel of land into developing real estate scenarios. This particular project focuses on Private Co. Op. housing societies in Nirnay Nagar, Ahmedabad. The selection of sites were selected on the basis if Delphic technic . Later the macro and micro market markets were studied and a product mix is proposed.
