To understand, analyze & propose the optimal redevelopment proposal with planning & technical details for a slum redevelopment site at Nikol, Ahmedabad while taking into consideration the site context, applicable legal norms, existing macro & micro real estate market scenario & stakeholders' requirements & contributions. The whole studio was divided into weekly assessments which involved various phases of a project from site selection to net outflow and business model. The studio helped in better understanding of real estate market and dynamics in the city of Ahmedabad.
