To analyze and propose an optimal development for a closed private mill land along with financial viability while considering the underlying site context, applicable legal norms, existing macro and micro real estate market scenario and stakeholders’ requirements. To develop an implementable project cycle (phase wise) through iterative process of scenario building and estimate financial resources required for each phase.  To develop a comprehensive and financially viable project proposal, including resource generation strategy through variation in product development and sale cycle (Considering Business before Tax).
