Thesis project for the BUD Program should engage in areas of research related to the practice of Urban Design. This may include project that examine physical, social, and economic factors particular to sites or areas within the public realm, projects which deal with the analysis of bylaws, regulations or policies that directly impact urban space, or projects that assess the process by which urban design projects are implemented and the public are engaged. The final approval of Thesis proposals will be given by the Dissertation Committee, BUD.
