This studio aims to the preparation of a feasibility study for Multi Modal logistic Park at GIDC Naroda (Ahmedabad). The studio of Transportation feasiblilty project of MMLP at GIDC Naroda ,Ahmedabad was initiated with the study of the feasibility reports of different Multi Modal Logistics Parks proposed in India and the research papers on this topic help us to understand the framework to develop a feasibility report. The existing situation analysis initiated with on ground surveys held by the whole batch in groups. Followed by the analysis of the surveys and stakeholder consultations, we arrive at some issues which can answered with this project. The data helped us through the demand generation according to growth rates for the further years as we took the horizon year as 2041 (20 Years). The Warehouse demands till now are not a concern as they have enough storage facilities. In upcoming years it seems like upgradation of industries leads to the requirement. Thats why we recommended the state of art facilities in warehousing system which can help in enhancing productivity and reduces the cost.
