Maninagar located in the south of Ahmedabad has highly dense residential fabric. The place has evolved to accommodate a large number of residences at the core and commercial, institutional and open spaces along major roads. Through residents, it was conveyed that Maninagar is the most preferred residential area in the south of Ahmedabad by factors such as neighborhood, land demand, property price, infrastructure, and travel behavior. This report look to substantiate the above argument through various lenses that was analyzed during the documentation.
