The precinct consists of dense fabric in the major part & also has some portion of Green Belt , it makes the precinct a paradox in the present condition as it has concurrently a totally saturated area with the opportunity to develop the portion of Green Belt. This opportunity brings the major resource with it – “land” and it is an incentive to this saturated area. Earlier when this opportunity was not available, this land had consequences in the precinct in many aspects. Now that we have the opportunity, the future prospect would be to use this opportunity wisely & productively.
