Saijpur Bogha: A Labyrinth of Industries and Dwellings.

The study here aims at "Understanding the effects of interdependence between the functionalities of two land uses over the development of an area". This is used as a lens to look at the fine developments which have happened in the area since its evolution. People started shifting to Saijpur Bogha due to its close proximity to industrial areas in the north and south. Soon, these people became a resource for the workforce, services, and consumption for industries. With time, this workforce has become skilled and now the industries are reliant on them, establishing the relationship between the two prominent landuses.
