The site is in Bodakdev next to Vastrapur Lake and is a distance of 5.6km from CEPT University. Precinct has a mixed-use character such as residential, commercial and public spaces. After the introduction of TP Scheme in 2001, many apartments growth up by converting the row houses into midrise buildings. This leads to the increase in the demand for the institutional and commercial sector which grew up in part 15-20 years. The public parks are placed all over the precinct which attracts many residents. The streets are the major part of job centers creating many informal jobs in the area.
