Bodakdev: An Ideal Neighbourhood?

Bodakdev is an area located in the northwest ward of the city. S.G. highway located in the precinct acts as a major connecting road in the area as well as the city. Precinct has a mixed use character such as residential, commercial, institutional, recreational and open spaces. After the sanctioning of the T.P. scheme in 2001, it started developing and hence the demand was created after that. Currently, this area has one of the highest land prices all over Ahmedabad. After the conversion from R3 zone to R2 zone, many developments were seen as the FSI was increased.
