The impact is termed as derivative of industrial precinct and is categorised under 3 major section: Physical, Social and Economic. Physical derivative relates to street, built use and built form. Social derivative relates to the vibrancy of publicness and Economic derivative relates to opportunities. These impacts are analysed to perceive the matrix of an industrial dominant neighbourhood on the city.
