Genesis of Land Development: Case study of Singarwa

Singarwa lies on the extreme fringe of Ahmedabad, outside the AMC boundary. As the place is going under Land development with the TP scheme 118, the attempt is to understand the factors influencing the land development of Singarwa and what are the implications on factors that are caused after some part of the land is developed.  The factors are Built form, Land Use, Streets & evolution. The implications of Land development will be seen on public realm, infrastructure and finally the trade-off of people living in the area.
