The features, history, and evolution of the neighbourhood, as well as street connection, infrastructure, land use, and physical form, are studied and linked to intangible factors such as people's choices and behaviour. Transformation of Palasia by Surge of Commercialization focus on how a predominantly residential area transforms into a commercial area. What impact do any Government policies and schemes intervention create on the urban neighbourhood?
