The portfolio takes a look at Krishna Nagar, a residential area located on the eastern side of Sabarmati river in Ahmedabad. The area is a preferable residing place for many. To understand the same, land and built characteristics are discussed. Street networks and related elements like footpaths, walkability are also studied. The evolution of the area is studied from erstwhile agricultural land to a predominant residential hub served with BRTS and other infrastructure services.
