Infrastructure decisions make or break a city’s future.  Acher’s dynamic urban fabric, caused by externalities have a strong impact on the socio-economic systems and livelihood of its residents. With the metro under construction, renovated Narendra Modi stadium and the envisioned International sports enclave, Acher is marching towards yet another phase of transformation. How does this have an impact on the low income, lesser privileged residents of the neighborhood of Acher, which is under the zone of influence of ongoing mega projects?
