The Local Area Plan comprises planning, project-based and policy-based proposals to achieve the vision to transform Worli and Lower Parel into a Well-Connected High-Intensity & Affordable neighbourhood through Transit-Oriented Development responding to the future development potential facilitated by Multimodal Integration.
