The following portfolio is a compilation of existing situation analysis and proposals for Town Planning Scheme in Antroli area of Surat- as part of the Urban Expansion and Regeneration Planning Studio. In addition to this two exercises were part of the studio which gave a different perspective one was Land Development Mechanism for Coquitlam, Canada and the other one focussed-on market feasibility for a land parcel in Surat.Apart from this input lectures helped us in analysis of primary data which was collected during site visit.
