The studio aims at understanding the micro level planning and its implementation through TP schemes and Local area plans. The site selected for formulation of TP scheme is located on the eastern part of Rajkot. The studio divided in 4 Iterations deals with analyzing the city of Rajkot and detailed study of the identified study area for proposing road network, zoning and regulations on zonal level. Further, a TP scheme is identified and detailed out in terms of land appropriation, reconstitution and valuation.
