The studio started with bridging the gap between the DP and TP through a Zonal Plan. Further one of the areas from the zonal plan was selected to proceed with the TP Scheme. Hence the reconstitution, valuation& costing was done for the above TP area. The process aimed to make the implementation economically viable for both the landowners and the authorities. This studio helped us to develop an understanding of evolving new approaches for land readjustment, plot amalgamation, implementation strategies, development model,s and regulations for a more equitable distribution of costs and benefits.
