This Industrial Park is located in SIR of Gujarat and plays a significant role in industrial development in the vicinity area. For CPFA studio 1, we did a feasibility study for an industrial park, which includes CPO analysis, Location analysis, Demand analysis, Risk management, Legal Compliances, Stakeholder management, CBA, TVD, Cost analysis, and the schedule for the project is prepared and the whole tendering process has been described.
