Unfurling Space : Spatial Deployable Structure

A deployable structure based on flasher origami and tenfold engineering scissor mechanism called the unfurling space. Folding paper origami is simple but when thickness factor is added to the origami, the design, and the folding pattern is changed, a high complexity arises in the origami. After studying and exploring various deployable structures, new ideations were created which helped in solving the problems faced while designing the structure. The unfurling space structure can be used for various spatial purposes such as covid vaccinations centers which can be deployed and undeployed quickly at any location.
