Urban Sprawl relative to trending migration in Bengaluru

Migration (movement of people from one place to other for better opportunities) is a major concern for metro cities these days. The study predicts future built up area increase for the year 2031 relative to trending pattern of migration from other Indian states in 2031 for Bengaluru urban district. Due to increase in technology employment sectors, there is an increase in migration for job/employment straining the city infrastructure, healthcare and education sectors. The estimated migration is around 5.8million with built up area increase up to 1449sqkm . Talukas like Anekal and Attibele is major developing areas in South east region.
