Passive Comfort Lab

The Passive Comfort Lab studio helps us to understand the various heat transfer principles and building physics through various projects which have been summarized in the portfolio. It includes different exercises like Weather station, shading masks, design and fabrication of a building envelope to achieve thermal comfort, climate analysis using Climate Consultant, measurement and experimentation with instruments like HOBO loggers, Psychrometry and Building Energy Simulations and parametric analysis using software like Design Builder and Energy Plus.
