PLANNING AND DESIGN OF ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE IN TARANGA

As part of development in every region, the construction of road infrastructure must be in line with the skills and strategies of the principles of road engineering. The studio course assists in organizing and constructing road infrastructure. Using the raw data obtained, we have focused on the current road concepts and techniques built to obtain visibility and skill-building by advanced mapping and to construct a 3D model along with calculations involved in pavement construction. Using IRC and IS codes we read about the importance of soil and material in road building. As a result of this studio, we now have the skills to plan and design road infrastructure. The studio also taught us professional communication skills including map reading and soil and material data analysis. To offer an impression of a professional site project, a variety of advanced surveying and 3D modelling software were used.
