A Sequestered Dig

Taking incentives from 'Poetics of Space' by Gaston Bachelard, this dwelling is made floating on the vast ocean of Melchior Island, Antarctica for a daydreamer. The dwelling aims at achieving the oneiric feeling of living in an iceberg where the nature of ice is dependent on the cold winds and the saltwater of the ocean. The spaces are explored with this nature of ice where few remain above the water surface and others are cloistered underwater; the edge conditions of each space are different in various seasons.
